At September Sun Candle Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure that you are taken care of. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

Safety Concerns:

  • If you receive a candle that you believe poses a safety risk (e.g., a candle that has a manufacturing defect that could lead to fire hazards), discontinue use immediately and please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. We will request a description and photo of the issue and will take appropriate action.
  1. Faulty Products:
  • If you receive a candle that is damaged or broken in shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will ask for a photo of the damaged item to process your return or replacement.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at shopseptembersun@gmail.com or 574-971-1353 to initiate the return process. 
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture.
  3. Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Replacements: If you are requesting a replacement for a defective or faulty candle, please reach out to us and we will assist you.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for candles that are simply unwanted or no longer needed.
