Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks unless otherwise noted. Each product is hand-poured and packaged with care, so processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or new collection launches.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional transit time depending on your location and carrier delays, especially during holidays.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
September Sun Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can help make it right.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email us as soon as possible at shopseptembersun@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to adjust it before your order ships.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
At September Sun Candle Co., each product is hand-poured and packaged with care. Because of the nature of our small-batch products, we do not accept returns once an item has been used. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’re happy to make things right if there’s a problem with your order.
Returns: If you’d like to return an unused product, please email us at shopseptembersun@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you can ship your item(s) back to us.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund (excluding shipping costs) back to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopseptembersun@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
All sale items and custom products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
