How to use:
Remove the wooden lid and set aside. Carefully remove and discard the plastic stopper, then twist the wooden lid back on securely. Gently tip the bottle upside down for a few seconds to allow the oil to soak into the wood. Hang with the laces, keeping the wooden bead close to the diffuser to prevent spills. They can last from 1-4 months!
Caution:
Contains fragrance oil. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, surfaces, and furnishings. Keep away from heat sources and out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Wipe up any spills immediately to prevent staining or damage.

Returns: If you’d like to return an unused product, please email us at shopseptembersun@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you can ship your item(s) back to us.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund (excluding shipping costs) back to your original payment method.

Any product marked on sale at the time of purchase is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Candle Care Tips
To enjoy your candle safely and get the longest, cleanest burn possible, follow these simple tips:
1. Trim Your Wick
Before each burn, trim your wick to ¼ inch. This helps prevent soot, mushrooming, and uneven flames.
2. Let It Burn Evenly
When lighting your candle for the first time, allow it to burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours). This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn each time.
3. Burn Time Matters
Don’t burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Extinguish it, let it cool, and trim the wick before relighting.
4. Keep It Safe
Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, children, or anything that can catch fire. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
5. Know When It’s Time
Stop burning your candle when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar. This prevents overheating and protects the vessel.
6. Reuse or Recycle
Once finished, clean out your jar and repurpose it for matches, trinkets, or small plants — or recycle it responsibly.
